I bought this product to do my 2008 Federal Income Tax, and haven’t loaded it to my computer yet. I have been using Turbo Tax for about five years, and have found it to be the easiest way to complete my taxes. I highly recommend Turbo Tax for completing the Federal return.

Well, I have been a turbo tax and quicken user for 15 years or so. I am going to give it another chance. Since I saw the excutive’s comment and know that he is taking note. Last years versions of both quicken and turbo tax had a lot more bugs than normal with Vista. I had not experienced the problems in years past. Overall, it has always worked well and made the process easy. I rated off last years experience.

Bob Meighan, who identifies himself as a VP at Intuit, has also said that he will respond to other concerns about Intuit products.
Bob, can you please respond to a question that has already been asked — the product “TurboTaxDeluxe Federal + eFile 2008″ has a chart on Amazon (no doubt provided by Intuit) advertising that the product can be used for state tax returns. You have also posted that all TurboTax products except the basic can be used to prepare state returns. However, Intuit also sells a more expensive product called “TurboTax Deluxe Federal + State + eFile 2008″, which does not appear to offer e-filing for state returns. What is the difference between the two products?
