  1. My daughter got the Nancy Drew game for Xmas and when I tried to install it, it would not install properly because it said it was looking for a file that did not exist on the install disk. I did a search on the disk for the file it was looking for and sure nuff, it was not on the disk….makes me think this is pirated software or something. Anyway this was a TOTAL WASTE of money…my daughter is upset and I am out 20 bucks.

  2. I know they say it works with XP, but it really doesn’t. I think those who have XP have to get an updated video card before playing this game. The newer mysteries won’t work on one of my computers. The older mysteries work.

  3. Well as my title says Nancy in this edition of the crystal skull has decided to trust everyone even when you don’t and leaves you no choice but to be duped and suffer. If you remember doing long math problems in school with lots of busy work this game isn’t for you. One section that comes to mind, you must spend hours going back and forth to one room in the house and out into varrious grave points. This wasn’t fun it was annoying. My favorite still remains Phantom of Venice.

  5. First off we have LOVED all the other Nancy Drew’s we have played. This game seemed intentionally created darkly… as if they’re trying to steer us as an audience that way. Waaaay too many eyeballs! and creepiness for me and my 11 year old. I did and didn’t like the new format for your items. I like the new list of suspects, but I liked the to look at my viewable items and portable items separately as in past games. Nancy seemed to talk less and give clues less this game than usual. Sorry, but sometimes it’s just helpful for you to know what your doing or doing wrong. It was fun to trade places with Bess. Still, we stand by this rating.
